These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Home Cleaners Assistant service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service.

  2. Account Registration You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  3. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: (a) violating laws; (b) infringing others' rights; (c) distributing malware; (d) attempting to access non-public features; or (e) interfering with the Service.

  4. Customer Content You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. Do not upload sensitive personal information unless necessary and lawful.

  5. Subscription and Fees Fees are billed as described at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Taxes may apply.

  6. Trials and Beta Features Trials and beta features are provided "AS IS" with no warranties and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

  7. Privacy Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

  8. Third-Party Services The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google, Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

  9. Intellectual Property We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.

  10. Term and Termination We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases.

  11. Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  12. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

  13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

  14. Modifications We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

  15. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of your principal place of business or residence. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that venue.
